Mr. Khan is an experienced C-level executive with over 25 years of experience across multi-sector Fortune 1000 and start-up companies. His expertise lies within Banking/mortgage, Healthcare Administration, HR, Tech-enabled companies, business transformation and innovation, process design & reengineering, sales leadership, and strategy. He has consistently exceeded results throughout his career.
He is currently the President of Digital Sourcing Exchange at IRPA. Prior to that he was the Chairman of i-Tuple Inc., a Technology Transformation & Strategy firm that is engaged by Private Equity, Hedge Funds and Family Offices to assess target companies across people, process and technology to validate their investment thesis. Prior to that he founded a non-profit focused on talent transformation in support of community-based agencies in Canada. He was a member of Immigration Round Table – a Think Tank sponsored by the Conference Board of Canada and the Federal Government of Canada.
Prior to this, he was Group President, of Xerox’s $1.6B Healthcare Administration and Human Capital Management Solutions business segment where he led a global organization of 10,000+ FTEs across Sales, IT, Operations, Product Management and Customer Service spread across 23 countries. He was at the forefront of defining health & wellness solutions for customers. During his tenure, he increased the RFP-win rates of Xerox HR Services from 17% to over 48% in less than 4 years and grew a $192M – zero margin HR Services Business in 2008 to a $779M, 19% margin business by 2013.
In 2008, he was recruited away from Hewitt Associates where he was the Global President of Hewitt’s $1.8B Healthcare Administration & Retirement business. He was responsible for Sales, IT, Product & Service Management across a global workforce that exceeded 14,000 FTEs located in 18 different countries. As with Xerox, he managed all aspects of sales, account management, technology and service delivery. He created the industry’s first global service model at Hewitt Associates by shifting over 6,700 technology and delivery FTEs from the United States to India between 2005 and 2008. Under his leadership, the Healthcare Administration business grew operating income from $217M in 2005 to an industry leading $420M by 2008.
Prior to Hewitt Associates, he was a senior executive at Bank of America at world headquarters in Charlotte, N.C. where he served as President, HomeFocus Services – the internal services company of Bank of America responsible for managing all aspects of mortgage origination and fulfillment, Home Equity and Credit Card services. He managed over 1,300+ vendors that served the bank’s consumer clients. He led the team that reengineered the overall mortgage fulfillment and vendor management processes. Prior to this, he was a senior executive at WFC where he led the merger integration work for WFC and Norwest Bank. He spearheaded the creation of the markets most successful JV relationship with Realtors and Builders to generate over $12 billion in mortgages for WFC in 1999. In his operational roles, he led the transformation efforts to consolidate 238 distributed processing centers into 23 mega processing locations owned and operated by WFC. he holds a patent for a reengineered mortgage fulfillment workflow that was created when Norwest Bank’s mortgage services were integrated into WFC. He was a recipient of the renowned “Gore – Hammer U.S. Government Reengineering Award” in 2001, as a member of the BAH IRS Transformation Team for their work on Reengineering of the IRS. Finally in 2012, he was awarded a global patent for his work at Xerox where he created a proprietary product called the “Healthcare Quality Index”.
